Niraj Naik was a certified UK pharmacist at 24, watching patients leave with bags full of medication and never actually get better. Then the stress of that life caught up with him. Diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, he spent almost a year housebound. His options were surgery to remove his colon, or a drug trial. He chose a third path... pranayama, Ayurveda and yoga, the wisdom of his own heritage. When his health came back, he built SOMA Breath around what had healed him.
